Shipping Information

Orders are typically dispatched within two working days.

UK Orders
All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force using a tracked service. Orders should arrive within 5 working days from dispatch.

International Orders
International deliveries usually arrive within 10 working days, although delays may occur due to customs processing.

Please note that customs charges are likely to apply to international orders. These fees vary depending on your location and are typically collected by the shipping provider prior to delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us, you may be required to pay the shipping cost again for it to be resent.

In some cases, we can offer express delivery. Please email us at hello@auramia.co.uk before placing your order to check availability. Additional charges may apply. Express shipping is not always available, and as all sales are final, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchasing if you require this service.
